He place a cool cloth over Sherlock's forehead. He used to do it for the King. Usually after a night of drinking. A few times when he had been ill. He had started as the King's manservant... But when his secret came out, their relationship had changed. He became his friend and confidant.
"Just rest, looks like you had a nasty dizzy spell. I caught you before you hit the ground."
