Sherlock leaned away a bit, not pressing against John at all, then suddenly his mouth was at John's ear, whispering in a mischievous tone.
"Anything?" he purred, accentuating it with another lick and a light tug. He found that he quite enjoyed biting at John's ears, it was rather pleasurable. Quite, actually.
One more nip, and Sherlock kneeled again, using both hands to spread John's cheeks apart. "I'm sure I could think of ways to make you repay that debt.." He grinned, before leaning in and licking at the inside of John's cheeks, teasing against that tight little pink hole that he had... 'dealt with' only hours before in the privacy of their bedroom
And here they were, debauched in the kitchen, knowing someone could walk in, it only aroused Sherlock more, and he licked against the small pucker.
