"John...." His voice was little, it almost sounded tentative, but he was just so drained... quite literally. He had no idea it would be so intense or take so much out of him.

He sighed and snuggled into John, his eyes closing. He gave into his sleep and fell into a deep, dreamless slumber, safe in John's arms.
