Sherlock didn't say anything, he just increased his thrusting. He rocked harder and faster, biting down on John's neck and using his hands to hold him down quite roughly.
There was no way Sherlock was going to last more than a minute or two the way he was going, so he reached down and started to stroke John, hard and fast. If he was going to go over, he was going to take John with him.
