Sherlock shut his eyes tight. He knew he couldn't have too much more blood drained from him.. It was almost complete. He was starting to feel lightheaded, the room was spinning, and his stomach was reeling.

And yet, the pleasure was even more intense. He hissed in a brief moment of pain when the second, and then the third fingers went inside him. It wasn't even half as thick as John was. He didn't care.
