Sherlock was actually a lot better by the time John came back with tea. Between the conversation with Mycroft- which meant that he didn't have to worry as much about where to live (though he was still loathe to leave Baker Street he would of course for his family) and the wine . He was more himself.
"You are going to have to take extra care." He said as John sat down with the tea. "I think you should drink from me more often. And as much as you will hate it, I think you should stay in bed as much as you can. I know that will be hard with William, but we will explain it to him as to why he has to be very careful with Papa."
He downed the last of the wine/blood mixture and looked to John. "You can feed if you like. The wine has really helped. Thank you for taking care of me. Now it's my turn to take care of you, for about 4 more months, I hope. "
