Soon enough they were home. William was at school. John held Elizabeth close as Sherlock unlocked the door.
They had asked his mother for privacy when they brought the babies home. They knew they would have plenty of visitors in the coming days.
John stepped inside the house. He was still getting used to it. It wasn't Baker Street. But it would do to raise their family.
He smiled when he saw everything was straightened out and neat.
