It was quite good that Sherlock was not ticklish, he had seen lesser men reduced to a quivering pile when thier feet were attended to.
When Sherlock was satisfied with his right foot, he lifted his left for John, nodding that he should continue.
So far, he was satisfied. He could see that he was pushing John's comfort zone a bit, but that was important when it came to a sub, to constantly challenge them and bring them new opportunities and challenges. It made them a better sub for everyone, not just himself.
