Sherlock knew that he he had at least 30 minutes before he could even try to get hard again. He grabbed a robe and tied it around him and went into the kitchen. He made himself a cup of tea and a small sandwich. He wasn't really hungry, but today had been a bit of a workout, and he hoped that it would continue.

He munched on his sandwich, sipped at his tea, and went through his emails, chucking out any cases that were less than a 5. He had a folder for the promising ones, ones that were at least 7s, but sadly he only moved one email over to that folder tonight. It had been slim pickings for the last week or so, which was part of the reason that he was so pent up.
