Eventually, Sherlock did relax again, his muscle slowly unclenching, his entrance loosening around John's finger.
Even just having John around the outside of it was arousing, the outside was full of nerves and it felt almost as good as being inside.
Almost.
At least, so he had heard..
He hoped he was about to find out.
