Sherlock piled up the sheets, then walked into the bathroom, turning the water on hotter than John had had it originally. Sherlock always did prefer a slightly hotter shower, and it would help the soreness.
He stepped in first, groaning as the hot water relaxed his muscles. "Ahh... just what the Doctor ordered.. Literally."
