For years he had heard tales of the two fins who swan on the surface. They were... Odd. At least that was what he heard. But they still fascinated him. How did they swim? What did they eat? How did they live?
That was how he found himself on the surface, watching... He wasn't sure what it was. It was large and wooden? There were lights and white things. He curled up a bit further on the rock he had perched himself on. He was always worried the brilliant blue of his scales would make the two finners see him. But they only seemed to see what they wanted.
He gasped when the weather started to change, quickly, violently. The wooden... thing... was in shallow water, it wouldn't survive. Especially if it slammed against the rocks. He swallowed and then dove into the water, even as the waves started to grow violent, battering the wooden thing about.
He heard the wood breaking and two finners and things falling into the water.
That's when he saw him. He felt an odd pull towards the two finner. As if it was right.
There was an old tale at home, of soulmates. He had scoffed at it. Ridiculous. But, the pull he was feeling...
He swam towards the two finner, reaching out to grab the man as he was sinking deep into the water.

This was going to be a bit awkward, because he was part in and part out of the water, but he found that if he kneeled over John, straddling his fin with either leg, sinking into the sand actually helped him get a lower angle, which helped.
"I'm going to go really slow, John. I have no idea what is going to happen." He took a deep breath and steadied his shaking hand. One hand he put on the small of John's back to steady himself. The other was on he base of his length.
He lined up against John and moved around a bit to get a feel for it. Then he pressed in and held for just a moment before he started to push in, oh so terribly slowly.
"Johhhnnnn...."

Date: 2019-08-17 05:07 am (UTC)Oh.
The blonde whimpered. Oh that felt good. So good. Especially for the first mating. People said it could hurt. But there was none of that. Just intense pleasure.

Date: 2019-08-17 05:11 am (UTC)"Are.. you.. okay?" He asked hesitantly? He didn't seem to be showing any pain, but he had no idea of the pain threshold of these creatures.

Date: 2019-08-17 05:15 am (UTC)The blonde tried to push back, to get more of the two finner inside him.
He needed it. Oh how he needed it, was desperate for it.

Date: 2019-08-17 05:29 am (UTC)It seemed like only moment before he felt his pubic bone gently press against the scales of John's tail.
Just like that, he was fully inside.
It had worked, he fit.
It shocked Sherlock enough that he sat there for a bit, not even believing that this was happening.
But it was.

Date: 2019-08-17 05:13 pm (UTC)"Yes..." he moaned low, "So good. Good."
The mer wiggled and pushed back.

Date: 2019-08-17 06:59 pm (UTC)"Nnng.... John.... so tight.." He groaned, his movements slightly awkward and not smooth, but still deep.

Date: 2019-08-17 07:46 pm (UTC)He shivered and clutched at the sand, not watching as it moved through his fingers. Nor did he pay attention to the waves gently rocking against them.

Date: 2019-08-17 08:10 pm (UTC)He had both of his hand now on where John's sides wold have come down to his hips, if he didn't have a gigantic, muscular tail fin under him right now. He did understand the idea that if John wanted to get away, or if he wasn't paying attention, one movement of that muscle could be quite painful to him.
But it was too late now. He was already deep inside of John, his movements getting faster and more desperate now as he chased his pleasure. He knew he was going to go off again soon.
"Mmmmf... Johnnnn." He groaned while he thrust.

Date: 2019-08-17 10:31 pm (UTC)Yes. This was. All of this was amazing. He shifted, trying to get more. More. He knew he was hard and leaking. But he didn't... He didn't... He wanted to feel Sherlock release inside him.

Date: 2019-08-17 10:54 pm (UTC)"Nnng... JOhnnn... " He cried out- there was no one else to hear them, and he didn't hold it back.
"Jooooohhhnn!!!" He leaned his head back to the sky and heaven and yelled out the merman's name. He thrust hard and came, deep inside of John, trails of his seed clouding the water around them.

Date: 2019-08-18 01:29 am (UTC)He whimpered softly as he started to come down from it. Oh. Oh.
The mer made a noise, eyes closing for a moment. Oh. That felt wonderful. So wonderful...

Date: 2019-08-18 01:35 am (UTC)Sherlock rode his own pleasure out until he was soft inside of John and he couldn't stay inside of him any more. He slipped out and collapsed into a sitting position in the ocean, splashing the semen-filled water on them both. He was panting and exhausted from the effort, but it had been wonderful.
"John." He said softly, but that was all he could say. It conveyed a lot in one word.

Date: 2019-08-18 01:45 am (UTC)He then moved back and dove into the water to wet himself and clean himself before he surfaced and swam back over to Sherlock.
"Was... Okay?" He asked nervously.

Date: 2019-08-18 01:59 am (UTC)The water was still a little cloudy when John splashed it around to moisten himself, but he came back quickly, as Sherlock now knew that he would.
Sherlock chuckled, he was still lightly hesitant with his speech again, and it was rather endearing.
"Yes." Sherlock said with a warm smile. "It was quite nice, for me at least. I hope it was the same for you. If.. you've never done this before, you may be a bit .. sore. later.. not sure if you know what that means.. you might hurt a little, but I really am not sure when it comes to fish.. er... merpeople I guess? I have no idea what to call your species.

Date: 2019-08-18 02:09 am (UTC)The mer then pulled away and looked at Sherlock. "I get you home. Promise." He then smiled widely at him. When John made a promise, he wouldn't break it. He wouldn't allow himself to do that.
"Food. Rest." He said poking Sherlock's chest.

Date: 2019-08-18 02:19 am (UTC)He touched John's shoulder gently. then reluctantly, headed back into land.

Date: 2019-08-18 02:27 am (UTC)"Food!" He proclaimed as he left it on the beach for Sherlock.
Inside were crabs and some local fish.
He swam back out to find help and money for the two fin.

Date: 2019-08-18 02:34 am (UTC)What he ended up making hardly looked like a shelter at all, but the piece of sail would at least keep the sun off his head, even if the 4 actual sides were not really walls at all.
He had just managed to shake down one coconut (which came dangerously close to hitting him on the head and killing him when he saw John come back with a.... basket?
He met John in the shallows and opened the basket. "Where did you find this?" He asked, pointing to the basket itself. Inside fish were still flopping around and there was a crab that didn't look like it wanted to be there., But at least, Sherlock figured, he could kill him with a coconut to the head.
He hoped.

Date: 2019-08-18 02:37 am (UTC)"Fire?" He asked one day while he was dropping off a basket, "Big fire?"
Maybe the smoke would alert passing ships that there was someone here.
He used the moment while Sherlock thought to nuzzle against his side, being rather affectionate. The blonde mer then pulled back and then dove back under the surf.

Date: 2019-08-18 02:45 am (UTC)He supplemented the fish and crabs with coconut, which took more energy to open than to eat it seemed, but the water inside cooled his parched throat, and the flesh was sweet and tasty.
Sherlock had no idea how long he had been there. He'd hoped that he'd find a way to make a fire, but there was no flint around, and no glass to try to reflect the sun. It would keep him warm at night, when he mostly just shivered and hardly slept.
"I'd love to have a fire John." He said, stopping in surprise at the gesture of affection. They hadn't talked much about that first day, and hadn't done anything physical since then. Sherlock had managed to wash some of the salt off the clothes he arrived in, so he stayed clothed to try to keep down the sunburn.
He was still beet red and being in the sun any amount of time sapped the little amount of energy he had. He wasn't getting enough food or sleep, but there was nothing either of them could do.
"But I have no way to make one. "

Date: 2019-08-18 02:47 am (UTC)He didn't like how red his two fin looked, nor how skinny he seemed. He wanted to help. He promised he would get him home. Maybe this would do it.
He knew the stuff inside that bag weren't good. But maybe it was the good that Sherlock needed.

Date: 2019-08-18 02:54 am (UTC)"You don't know what this is, do you?" He asked, opening it so John could see. He was careful not to drop one pellet, it was all precious. It may be his ticket out of here.
Sherlock had taken to sleeping- or trying to sleep - more. He had less and less energy, so he could do less and less foraging, which meant less eating, less energy, and more sleeping. He knew it was a destructive downward spiral, and he was going to die soon if something didn't change.
His clothes were hanging off of him and he had blisters on his skin. There were cuts that looked like they weren't healing and he knew if they got infected, then it would be an even shorter trip to the grave.
But this, this could change everything.
"I... I need to gather combustible material on the beach." He looked up at the sky. "It's too late tonight. I will have to in the morning."

Date: 2019-08-18 03:02 am (UTC)"Here. Food. Good, I eat it."
The blonde waited for Sherlock to take it, to eat it. He wanted to make sure the two finner ate all of it. It might help him build strength. John knew how important strength was.

Date: 2019-08-18 03:13 am (UTC)He sniffed at it. It smelled like rotting seaweed, and kind of looked like it too. But he was starving, so he took a bite.
Sherlock almost threw it back up. It tasted about like it looked, like rotten seaweed. Still, it had to have some good properties if John's people ate it, he figured.
It took quite a while to get it past his gag reflex, and he choked some up a few times, but he managed to get it down. And surprisingly, it stayed down this time, which was a small miracle in itself.
