"We still have a lot to go over. Other than the fact that we still know little about each other, there is also living arrangements, meeting times and places, and rules, both in and out of scenes." This was a pretty good time to talk, when they were both sated and comfortable. This type of talk wouldn't rile them back up, so they would be up for a good, frank discussion.

John hummed as he thought.

"If we are going to be exclusive... As in I see no other clients, one of two things will have to happen, you would need to pay for my flat, or I move in." He said, "for the record, I'm thirty-four, ex-military, I'm a doctor and I hate the Prime Minister."

Sherlock chuckled. That was an.. interesting random bit of information to give about one's self.

"It would make more sense for you to live here, though I can understand if you are hesitant to move here right away before we know if we are truly compatible." he replied. "A couple of shags are nice, but that doesn't necessarily mean that we will get along with each other long term. The ultimate choice for that is up to you"

"As I am not currently seeing anyone, being exclusive would not be a problem for me. There is another option if you want to move in here, there is a bedroom on the third floor of my flat. There is no loo there, so you would have to use that and the kitchen on my floor, but it would... ease you in here. Again, your choice."

He took a short pause. "As for me, I am thirty, and I am a graduate chemist who solves crimes to make a living, works with the police, who barely tolerate me, except for Lestrade... You'll meet him soon, I'm sure, and I really have no opinion on politics. They bore me, to be truthful. And I have a meddlesome brother, who I am sure that you will have the misfortune of being abducted by soon, as soon as he realizes that you and I are in a relationship."

John pushed himself up onto his elbow and stared at Sherlock for a moment. He was thinkingof what to say...

"I think... This feels right." He said, "It's an odd sensation. One I haven't feltin a while. But it's right. I know it is. I'll move in. We may argue and we may disagree, but it's part of being in a relationship. Right?"

John stroked some of Sherlock's hair out of his face. "I don't give a rat's arse if it's fast, if we've only shagged. If it feels right then fuck everything else."

A warm smile filled Sherlock's face, and he he kissed John, a long, sensual but not overly sexual kiss. He didn't lick or nip, just an almost chaste kiss that lasted too long to actually be chaste.

"Alright, then. Tomorrow we can find a moving company to help you pack. I'm not sure how much you have. This flat is not large, but you can use the upper bedroom as storage as well as a bed. There is a bed already up there, so you don't need to move yours, we can arrange to give it to charity, along with any dressers and such." He had to assume that John was going to at least start living in the upper bedroom until they were.. more well acquainted.

"That still leaves rules. I'm sure we will be making new ones and changing them as we get used to each other, but there should be some ground rules set, for both of us."

John nodded. It made the most sense. He wasn't overly attached to any of his things. The military had taught him that. And days he wondered if that was good or bad. But it made moving easy.

"My flat is furnished. I have no furniture to move." He told Sherlock.

He bit his lip at the mention of rules. He got it. Rules made things orderly and it was sometimes fun to break rules.

"I like my privacy. Please do not snoop through my things. No punishments that restrict me to the flat for more than twelve hours. I like to go running."

There were other things, but John wanted to wait too Sherlock's reaction to those.

A relationship. He'd really never had a proper one before. It was such an odd sensation, but one he found that he wasn't hating.

What was it about this man that made him throw everything out the window? All his rules and conditions. None of that mattered with Sherlock.

"The privacy rule applies to me as well. I am quite serious about my privacy, and if I catch you snooping around more than once, that is going to put a serious hurt on our relationship. I cannot abide by people who cannot respect the private property of others." Okay, he broke that rule a lot when it came to The Work, but that was totally different. Never in a relationship.
"As for the restriction to the flat, house arrest has never been a punishment of mine, so I see no reason why that would be a problem." He smirked. "Though running might be tough if I order you to keep a plug in all day." He knew that sessions were different than normal life and unless John agreed, he wouldn't do it, but he liked the idea.

John nodded. "Don't worry. I find no pleasure in snooping." He told Sherlock with a smile.

The thought of being made to run with a plug in made him squirm a bit. Which reminded him that there was a plug in him. Oh god.

John had forgotten that there was plug in him, Sherlock thought with a smile. He could see it on the man's face as he moved around. It didn't look like John was adverse to keeping a plug in, this was something they would have to discuss at a later date.

"I would say that I take no pleasure in it, but as it is my job to snoop on others, I would be lying." He smirked. "But that has never, ever extended to my personal life. That is The Work, not my home."

He leaned down to kiss John tenderly. "As for my rules, you know the basics, the position that I wish for you to be in, the fact that you must listen to me and do as I say with no question or hesitation, lest there be.. punishment. This, of course, only extends to sessions. I never engage in a session when I am on a case, though I admit that when a case is complete I quite often find myself ready to.. unwind." His smile was almost predatory.

"I have never had a relationship that involved both sessions and... what would consider a normal relationship. It has always been one or the other, so we will have to find a best practice to separate the two, when one is needed, or the other."

John looked at Sherlock. He listened to him. He nodded. "We'll stumble through this together. It's the best way." He kissed his nose and smiled.

He pulled back and then settled back down on the bed next to Sherlock. "When you need to unwind, my arse will be available."

John could be quite cheeky from time to time. It really was just in his nature. He had gotten in trouble quite a lot for his mouth.

This whole idea of a real honest relationship was daunting for Sherlock. Yeah, he had had relationships before, but they never lasted long. Often his dominant personality got in the way, and that was a fear of his , that this would end the same way.

Sherlock gave said arse a little slap on the outer cheek, away from the plug, though it still made the plug move a little. "And what a nice little arse it is." He chuckled. "Better be careful. I may take proper advantage of that offer..."

John groaned when the plug moved. Fuck oh fuck. He shuddered and bit his lip. God damn. Sherlock was going to be the death of him. But a glorious death it would be.

He shivered and pushed his arse more towards that hand.

Oh, ready for more, was he? He chuckled. They had been talking for a bit, and while he wasn't quite sure if he was ready for round three, it seemed that John might be ready for round two..
